By accessing or using Easy Towing websites, mobile applications, and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Easy Towing.

2. Platform Role

Easy Towing is a technology platform that helps connect customers requesting roadside assistance with towing professionals or roadside service providers. Easy Towing may facilitate service requests, driver offers, trip tracking, communications, payment options, ratings, and support.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Easy Towing does not itself provide towing, mechanical, repair, or emergency services. Services may be performed by independent providers.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating or updating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

• Customers must use the platform lawfully and request services only for legitimate roadside assistance needs.
• Drivers must provide accurate profile, vehicle, license, insurance, and verification information when required.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Roadside Assistance Services

Service availability depends on driver availability, location, demand, weather, road conditions, traffic, technical issues, and other factors. Easy Towing does not guarantee that a driver will always be available or that a service request will be accepted.

Estimated arrival times, routes, prices, and service details are estimates and may change based on real-world conditions.

5. Drivers and Independent Providers

Drivers and towing providers using Easy Towing may be independent contractors or independent businesses. They are responsible for complying with applicable laws, licensing, insurance, vehicle safety requirements, and professional standards.

Drivers are responsible for performing accepted services safely, professionally, and in accordance with applicable rules and laws.

6. Payments, Fees, and Cancellations

Easy Towing may support payment methods such as card, Google Pay, Zelle, Cash, Klarna, or other options. Available payment methods may vary by location, app version, or service type.

• Customers agree to pay applicable service charges, platform fees, taxes, cancellation fees, or other amounts shown in the app.
• Drivers may submit prices or offers where the app allows driver pricing.
• Cash payments may create service balances, records, or obligations depending on the platform rules.
• Refunds and cancellations may be reviewed based on service status, driver arrival, customer actions, payment method, and dispute details.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse Easy Towing. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, harassment, threats, discrimination, false requests, false driver information, payment abuse, account sharing, unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or any activity that harms users, drivers, Easy Towing, or third parties.

8. Safety and Emergencies

Easy Towing is not a substitute for emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, involved in an accident, injured, or facing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or local emergency services first.

Users should remain in a safe location, follow traffic laws, and use caution while waiting for assistance.

9. User Content

Users and drivers may upload or submit content such as photos, messages, ratings, vehicle details, documents, and service notes. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it is accurate and lawful.

You grant Easy Towing a limited right to use submitted content to operate, verify, support, improve, and protect the platform.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Easy Towing at any time if we believe a user or driver violated these Terms, created safety risks, engaged in fraud, abused payments, submitted false information, or harmed the platform.

11. Disclaimers

Easy Towing is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, driver availability, response times, service quality, or specific outcomes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Towing and IROCA LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, vehicle damage, delay, or service interruption, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
