Google Play Account Deletion Requirement: This page provides a public web resource where Easy Towing users can request deletion of their app account and associated data without needing to reinstall or open the app.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your Easy Towing account, send an email to support@easytowing.app using the same email address associated with your Easy Towing account whenever possible.

Please include
- Your full name.
- The email address used for your Easy Towing account.
- Your phone number, if used in the app.
- Whether you are a customer, driver, or both.
- A short statement confirming that you want your Easy Towing account deleted.
What data may be deleted
After we verify your request, Easy Towing will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account where possible, including:
- Account profile information such as name, email address, phone number, and role.
- Customer profile information.
- Driver profile information, where applicable.
- Uploaded profile photos or service-related images where deletion is possible.
- Push notification tokens associated with your account.
- Non-essential account records connected to your Easy Towing app account.
Data we may retain
Some information may be retained when necessary for legitimate business, safety, legal, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, insurance, payment, or regulatory reasons. This may include:
- Payment and transaction records required for accounting or legal obligations.
- Records related to completed services, disputes, fraud prevention, safety incidents, or chargebacks.
- Driver verification records where retention is required for platform safety, compliance, or dispute handling.
- Information that has been anonymized and can no longer identify you.
Processing time
We will review and process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period of time. If we need additional information to verify your identity or locate your account, we may contact you using the email address provided.
In-app deletion option
If the Easy Towing app includes an in-app account deletion option, you may also use that feature to initiate deletion. This web page remains available for users who no longer have access to the app or have uninstalled it.
